This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Tic Tac Toe ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Fuzz Lightbox ("Developer"). The Application is a free simple strategy game (containing ads) published for mobiles available on platforms such as the Google Play Store.
Personal data is defined based on the privacy laws and regulations of Australia, which is considered as any information about you or your behaviour that can be traced back to you or be used to identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to first and last name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, email and IP addresses, bank account details, financial history and any other information that relates to an individual that could be used to identify them.
2.1. Internal. The Application DOES NOT COLLECT any personal data, names, IP addresses, locations, contacts or device information. The only exceptions are voluntarily provided information such as within in-store reviews and comments, and feedback via Developer's email address.
2.2. External. Third parties may collect information beyond the Developer's control such as viewing and interacting with in-app advertisements, or supplying donations via payment portals. Although the Application incorporates generic non-personalised ads (for child safety compliance) third party ads via Google AdMob may collect data (see here). Donations via PayPal may store transaction details (see here).
User provided data is not used in any way, though may reside for some time to respond to feedback and bug reports to improve the Application. Personal data can be removed at any time at user request by contacting fuzz.lightbox@gmail.com.
Any personal data collected by the Application itself is not shared with third parties. No third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided the Developer information without their consent, they should contact fuzz.lightbox@gmail.com. Such information will be deleted from the Developer's storage within a reasonable time.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason and re-posted here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
